General Description
:
The amar niwas is a 523 year elderly haveli run by a brahman family. The building is plush in history and maintains numerous of its original features such as stone lattice work balconies, gharokha (women can peep outside from here), antique wooden ceiling and an open focal courtyard. The amar niwas offers a roof top eatery from where you can enjoy a great view of the mehrangarh fort and the oldest part of the bluish city. Indian as well as continental vegetarian and non vegetarian food is cooked by family members respecting the elderly tradition.
